Mehran Norafkan has done his PhD in Linguistics at SFU, Canada. His interest is in the area of Applied Linguistics, Cognitive Linguistics and CALL ( Computer-assisted Language Learning). He currently teaching at FDU, Vancouver campus. His current research activity is focusing on second language learning through technology focusing on conceptual development and second cultural learning.
