About me
Hello! I am a Visiting Associate Professor on sabbatical at the University of British Columbia (in the Department of Language and Literacy Education). I am a tenured faculty member at Doshisha Women's College of Liberal Arts in Kyoto, Japan. This will be my first time attending the BCTEAL Conference! My research interests are newcomer youth, language learning and identity. I look forward to meeting you and making connections. See you there!
